Greenscape – an area of vegetation in an urban area set aside for aesthetic or recreational purposes.

“The function of green spaces in cities is different: they cleanse the air of chemical pollution, have a positive effect on the urban climate, and reduce noise pollution. Another great advantage of urban green spaces is that they offer the possibility of managing the urban climate. This requires the proper construction of the greening system at the city level. On a smaller scale, the evolution of the greening system takes place in the direction of “taking over” new types: building facades with “green facades” and rooftops with “green roofs”.

In this way, green infrastructure will play the role of a stabilizing element of the landscape, designed to solve long-term problems.
