We live in proficient or personal relations. Daily, we are solving hundreds of interpersonal cases. Positive, as well as negative. These interactions end sometimes by winning your position, sometimes you lost.
When you lose your position, you think about this event for hours, sometimes days. Your brain recognizes the situation and builds more scenarios in your mind virtually. All these scenarios begin with “if I did”.
Before I have crossed a certain step of my life consciousness, I was in the same position as you. Observing my mental processes, especially how I think about past, present, and future, I have developed this list that helps me much more than other things.
Our inner, outer, and external qualities
I have reviewed all my capabilities and values and regularly review them again. Inner, outer as well as external that impact my healthy decision. I have gone through every of the property and honestly answered to myself. Then I set up my quarter plan and focused on a few, consciously optimizing them.
Generally, we usually assess 16 types of personalities segmented into four groups. Analysts – intuitive, thinking, understanding their rationality, impartiality, and intellectual excellence. Diplomats – intuitive, feeling, understanding their empathy, diplomatic skills, and passionate idealism. Sentinels – observant, judging, and understanding their practicality and focus on order, security, and stability. Finally, explorers – observant and prospecting, understanding their spontaneity, ingenuity, and flexibility.
Am I a good or bad person?
Despite these psychological standards, I rather watch on my personality from a holistic point of view. Rather than analyze mental and personal skills, try to understand whether you are a Good or Bad person.
The global community needs a “Good personality” mindset. Of course, nobody is perfect, so you never reach 100% of positive skills, but applying the Golden Ratio rule means you have to reach at least 61.8% of positive properties/skills to be a good person.
Take our test and get a “freakishly accurate” description of who you are and why you do things the way you do.
